Welcome to Tulane Urology's Focus on Female Health

Tulane Urology is excited to welcome Dr. Alexis Chesrow MD, FPMRS as Assistant Professor and Director of Female Health for the Urology Department.

Dr. Chesrow is a fellowship-trained urologist who is board certified in both Urology and Female Pelvic Floor Reconstructive Surgery (often called Urogynecology).

She specializes in the treatment of vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, female sexual dysfunction, pelvic floor disorders, and urinary fistulas. She also serves as a referral center for those who have had previous interventions and for complicated vaginal mesh issues.
